I have a friend who became a nurse last year. Let’s just say she did it because she enjoys caring for people….not for the pay. Historically speaking, nursing has been one of the most under appreciated profession that exists today.
Ask any nurse out there, and he/she will admit that while they love what they do, they just sick of the hospital politics, the odd hours, extra shifts, or dead end feeling that comes with the job.
