Are there any blog search marketing companies?

I’m thinking of blogging full-time, and am curious whether there are any online companies that specialise in blog submission, optimization and traffic? I have read numerous articles that mention SEO and traffic solutions for bloggers but have been unable to find a company that may be able to do this for me. If you have any suggestions regarding full-time blogging, blog SEO or are able to suggest an online company to help me then please let me know!! Cheers
The quick answer is no, their really aren’t any that specialize in SEO for Bloggers, mostly because their is very little money to be made in it because its a very "do it yourself" kind of industry and the profit margins are low to non-existent, and are usually from Google Adsense revenues.
You are better off not worrying about the blog specialization and just finding an SEO company if you are serious about finding an agency to help you. SEO companies all have blogs and work optimizing their own blogs so they should be able to help you.
Darren Rowse is the man when it comes to learning how to make money blogging and he has some good do it yourself SEO Blogging tips (see link below).
The best advice is make relevant comments about other bloggers posts on their blogs and link to other bloggers that you read on your blog and they will return the favor. This is the best long term blogging strategy.

I recommend you use http://www.blogspot.com to edit and post your blog. This website is the most popular and Google have also associated with them so it must be good… Once you have setup an account with them which is free then register your blog at http://www.technorati.com . Technorati is a search engine for blogs, it ranks the blogs by frequency of updates. So if you update your blog everyday and you have content that is related to your keywords then in no time you will be receiving traffic through your blog. If your blog becomes very popular and you start receiving substantial traffic then insert Google Adsense, you may earn a few dollars which always is very rewarding.
As for SEO you can’t rely on keyword density to get you up the rankings if you’re using blogspot.com. This is because they don’t provide you with access to edit the Meta Tags. But you have control over incoming links which actually have more of an influence than keyword density. So what I suggest you do is find websites that relate to your topic of discussion and ask for reciprocal linking (two way links between websites). This is long term method of marketing your site for Organic (unpaid) search engine results.
In the beginning stages (first year) I would stick to pushing your site on Technorati. Make sure you keep your blog updated everyday or at the very most every third day.
