If you sign up for those internet surveys which says you can have $20 from taking a 10 minute online survey, will you accually get money, or will it just spam your email/mailbox?
This is possible these days if you live in the US. You won’t get spammed for sure if you are referring to snail mail, but if you are worried about e-mail spam, best way to handle that is to use a dummy Gmail account.

I am a guide for chacha.com. It isn’t surveys, but you can make money online. Basically, people text in answers, and you look up the answer on your computer. You create a response, and chacha.com sends it back to the person. Each question takes about 2 minutes to answer, and I get paid $.20 per question. Is isn’t a ton of money, but what else would I be doing when I’m watching TV? Email me at aerinmurphy@gmail.com if you have any questions.
I also do e-rewards.com, which doesn’t pay you in money, but you trade your points for gift certificates to places like macys, target, etc. They only send you an email when they have a survey (5x per week-ish?) and never sell your address.

Yes you can make money and paypal cash doing paid surveys online. $20 for 10 minutes is a little high, dont expect to earn 20 for 10 mins with surveys. You can average about 3-5 dollars per survey and sometimes a lot higher, just remember that some can be quite long. There are tons of good sites that provide a solid income. Watch out for scams though, if they want you to pay a fee just to register it’s most likely a scam. I feel your pain as I have tried to make money online for a very long time now too, and the amount of rubbish ‘pay money sites’ i’ve been through is annoying… they all end up with the same result.. being too slow and not making enough for me and require too much work to get anywhere at all so I feel like im wasting my time.
