I like to market an Internet based business concept to a large portal willing to invest. How can I ? Pls help.

I have 3 ideas at the moment which I am absolutely confident, would generate millions of cash for someone who want to make some investment and implement them.

I would like to briefly touch base on one of the ideas that I would like to market first:

Internet based Idea related to providing a certain type of exclusive service to a clientele of approximately 10 to 30 million customers per year (my best guess) worldwide.
Enormous interest is anticipated from the clients for the exclusive service to be provided.
Massive hits are expected monthly on the related portal with the prospect of large advertising revenue.
A minimum rate of USD 5.00 to USD 10.00 can be charged for providing the service to each customer, out of which half of the revenue is expected to be spent on royalties and admin cost.
A large internet based popular portals like, Yahoo or Google or E Bay or Amazon is preferable to implement the project as an additional service on their existing websites.

Patience is a virtue and my professional opinion will cost you one million yen.
