There isnt a specific place you go to make money. There are places you can go to learn how, but then you have to go off on your own, build websites, do stuff online, do it yourself, to make the money. For example, you could make money by making videos and putting them on youtube. Youtube lets you put Google ads on your videos now so you get paid when people click the ads on your video. You can learn stuff for free at Keafy.com so just watch the videos or read the articles and decide what you want to do, but when it comes down to it, you have to do it yourself on your own and have the motivation to do it. Making money online is just like owning your own business, you have to treat it like that, because thats what a website is, a business. Just like any business, you have to advertise.
