make money selling nothing on eBay?

hi,
i was browsing ebay when i saw this e-book up for sale:

i was interested, but being the scrooge i am i couldnt bear to part with the $1.95, so id just like to know a basic summary of how it works before i buy if i decide to.

    Hasn’t it clicked that is the scam!
    Make money selling nothing.
    What is the scam? Exactly that.
    The seller is charging 98p, $1.95, for what? Nothing.
    An eBook that will tell you to make that ad and fool people into paying 98p to be told to make an eBay advert saying ” Make money selling nothing. ”
    Don’t fall for it mate, buy some real stock and sell it for a profit.
