What are some ways to make extra money on top of my job?

Lately at my job work has been slow and I’m trying to make extra money on top of what I get from work to pay for Firefighter academy, I can not get any loans for it and since its an unaccredited class I don’t think I can get any grants or scholarships. I live in a small town have no lawnmover I have been giving plasma twice a week no sperm bank and I just feel like there is no way I can get that kind of money. Most of my work money goes to the 811 a month bills I have and thats not even including rent I live with my dad. thanks for your time

Try this, it works for me when I need extra money.
On trash days, go around and see if someone throws out something that could be fixed with out to much difficulty. In this day and age , people will just buy a new something rather than fix it. I look for something I can fix with in 20 to 30 minutes. After collecting and fixing for a few weeks, have a yard sale.
I know this sounds gross but after you make a couple of hundred dollar selling other peoples trash , it all seems worth while. The best part is all you invest is your time, maybe some glue and screws.
My last yard sale made $450.00

    My wife travels a lot for her job so i decided to get a weekend job working at a liqueur store. The pay isn’t bad, its relatively easy and I get a pretty big discount on my booze’s.

    I take surveys for Survey Spot. They pay you to take surveys and it’s free to join. I have gotten $200 in about 3 months. Not a ton of money but it is something.

    A really easy way to make money online is to join GPT sites. GPT sites pay you to take surveys and do free trials. It’s definetly nice to get that little bit of extra money. I work a full time job and do GPT’s in my spare time. I remember when I first starting doing GPT’s, I made about $70 within the first hour. (and then I was hooked =P) Here are 2 of my favorites:

    811 a month – a big chunk must be a car. Look you may not like this, but maybe you sell the car (or truck) and buy something cheap until you get through with the education you so desire.

    ThenTry a night/weekend job doing anything for now – flipping burgers, stocking shelves, pumping gas, pushing shopping carts, running a register.
    It will make the fire fighter life so much sweeter!
