   There are some great guides out there for this, but also thousands of scams and peices of trash too, unfortunately.

   1st think of some niches or theme business that you want to do. Start with something you like, this will help you apply the extra time you will need to start your home based business.

   A quick and easy way to start is with Affiliate programs, Affiliate programs are programs that will pay you a commission for any person that orders through your special link.

   You can find affilate programs to work with any niche. Here are some ideas on how you should start and with what tools you will need.

   1. Easy way to set up a website is with a blog. You can use Wordpress, which is a free blog. then once you have an idea of what niche your business would be in, there are a ton of designs that you can also get for free (these are called themes).

   Most good hosting companies will have many different blog scripts that you can add for free. A good host will cost about a $100 bucks for a FULL YEAR of hosting. DONT go cheap, hosting is the most important part of your business.

   If you host is not good, your website might be down because of hosting issues, imagine a off line business where your doors where closed at any time because of land-lord issues.

   2. Add articles to your blog that deal with your niche. You can either get them from free and use one’s that others produce or find freelance writers that for a few bucks will write them for you.

   3. Add revenue streams for your niche, either by Affiliate programs, resell rights products, drop shipping goods,

   4. Last would be either Yahoo or Google adsense revenue. This is a GREAT passive income. Based on your niche you will make a commission each time someone clicks on your ad link.

   My personal favourite is Affiliate program with multi-tier commission payout.

   Look for program with product that adds value to you and others. Allows you not only make money from your effort, but also leverage on others. Do Commit yourself to at least 1-2 hours a day to maket the products online.

   One important aspect to be successful in Internet home business is to have the necessary support and mentorship.

   The best internet business to start from home is to build your own web site, on
   absolutely any subject you like from dog breeding to gardening and then make money from affiliate links and google
   ads.

   There are millions of people out there looking for information on a
   myriad of subjects and there is always something that you can sell on a commission basis through affiliate companies such as amazon. In addition to that google will pay you to place relevant ads on your site.

   It is a great work at home opportunity and is good fun and rewarding into the bargain.

   being in the internet business for a while, just let me tell you, DO NOT get into eBay. It can be a disaster. And, DO NOT do dropshipping, as it can also be a disaster.

   What I do right now is cafepress.com. I sell funny shirts, sweatshirts, etc. You can also sign up for affiliate programs, etc. and add them to your cafepress shop. If you wanna check out my shop, it is http://www.goonapparel.com. I highly recommend cafepress.com.
