All these options are good and cheap. But I’m guessing you want a more professional job, I’m sure its not cheap stuff, but I’ve seen the difference between cheap and fast (there’s even free templates and systems for creating a website, why ask for a programmer) and professional, expert work.

For the latter, there is a very good company, they helped a company where I used to work and it was quite a thing to watch their work and all their tools and skills.

If u r going to develop ur website like this, it may suck you. Better idea is ask for some programer with some online service company like fastcustomessays.com or simply ask them to develop a website with the details u provided and then host it online. This is cheap and robust. U can tell them that this is a dissertation on a computer project at a university. I did my website like this and my writer was E442 who is an expert in it. First order for some 25-40 pages, as per ur requirements then the balance. Good Luck!
