How can I charge credit card online for my online business?

I plan to open the small business online and I wonder how can I charge buyers’ credit cards. I heard about PC charge software but the descriptions say that I need to pay some extra money or something. Please help me, thanks….

To do that you have to sign up with a Merchant Credit Card System. Google Merchant Credit and will get a lot of links.
