How do I get started in the note selling business to make easy money; how do I find these notes and sell them?

How do I find notes, which kind of notes are the best to sell, how do I buy notes to make a profit, what makes a notes profitable; I really want to make easy money everyone tells me about and if anyone can help me out as to where i need to look, go, or what I need to do I would really appreciate it.
