Do you think $2 per person, $4 per person? Has rising food costs made a difference in your grocery list?
hell yes, its made a big diffrence…we dont eat out at all anymore i ride a bike to the grocerie store because of gas except for when i get payed every two weeks then we take the truck and try and get everything we need but yeah id say 4 bucks a meal per person, if its a real meal. been eating lots of those 1 dollar pizzas lately

Not much. Wal Mart is right by us and it’s so cheap for food. Then again, neither of us are cooks (it’s just my bf and I) so it doesn’t take much to satisfy us. Sometimes just a baked potato and some chicken nuggets is fine with us lol. We even eat bowls of cereal sometimes for dinner. Hell a can of family sized soup, that’s like less than 2 bucks total.

Rising food costs and transport costs have raised the prices on some items where we shop by 64c in the last 6 months.
Milk has jumped from 3.59 to 4.20 for a 3litre.
So a meal that cost me $10. 6 months ago now costs $16- $20 for 3 people

well 1 it depends on how many people and 2 how much they eat.but on average it should be about 10 -15$ i know that is alot but that is how much even if you go to the cheap stores and yes it does but a difference in the list.my advice choose low cost dinners and 1 night a week go for something you like splurge a little.

I cant say exactly how much it costs to feed my boyfriend and i but i know that I seem to be at the grocery store often….its gotten so bad that its almost the same price to eat out as it is to make the meal at home ……………….sad that our economy is this way and its only going to get worse before it gets better
when diesel fuel costs almost 5 bucks a gal what do we all expect – it is a truck that brings the food to the stores and that is a direct effect to the cost of the things we are purchasing
