    Do a search for "For Sale By Owner" sites. I did this years ago and did get some calls from it. Homestead.com is a good DIY site.

    some sites are ready for you to enter info- like ZILLOW.com, and infotube.net. All you have to do is fill in the blanks and download a few pictures.
