I know exactly what you are thinking right now, but to be serious though, it is actually very possible to earn extra cash online from scratch. Since you’re in a money crisis, I’m not going to bother recommending the long term approach to making money online. If you want to see that you can check out my website.

I’m going to recommend writing articles. It’s the only legit way to make quick money online that I have found. The money isn’t great, but if you write enough you should be able to at least stay alive with the money you’ll make.

The two places that I write articles are at http://www.associatedcontent.com and http://www.textbroker.com

At Associated Content they’ll pay you to write about almost anything that you want. Pay rate is typically between $1.50 – $3.00 per article. The only thing I don’t like about them is that sometimes they can be very picky about what they’ll pay you for. If you can crack the code to what they’ll accept though, you can make a decent supplemental income writing articles for them.

If you choose to go with Text Broker you’ll be writing articles on specific subjects. You have a lot more control over what you’ll get paid at this place, as articles are priced per word and for the skill level of the author. I’ve made up to $7 on one article before.

Some people make a full time income doing this. If you get good at writing articles, I recommend freelancing for more money. Some people will pay up to $12 per article.

Btw, both of the sites above are 100% free to join. And payout takes around a week for both of them. You’ll also need a PayPal account to get paid.
