Some people are making millions of dollars and others are making millions of pennies while others are making zilch.
Starting the business is the easiest part. You can get a small business domain with Yahoo Small Business which features include web hosting and email accounts for less than $15 per month.
The Hard Part is getting people to know you exist, getting them to visit, and getting them to spend money. I have a domain and get over 300 visitors a month but haven’t made 10 cents yet.
Think of what type of business you want and then go check out similar ones online.

Is it easy – depends on whom you speak with. There is an old saying that nothing is free. In my opinion it takes work. Perhaps simple is a better descriptive word than easy. Affordable – absolutely. But alot depends on what sort of business you wish to start, what skills you have, and what time you are willing to invest.
As far as the amount of money you can make. Well again alot depends on the time and effort you want to put into it.

Starting an online business is really easy and affordable. But withstanding toughest times, is really tough. Every business has its own risk. (This doesn’t mean scams)
Most of the online businesses which require fees are 99% scam.

You got it! For get about it! All the fluff and Bull,that is. I searched forever spent way too much money..most all are scams. If there asking you for a bunch of money upfront you can bet on it being a scam. You can sell anything it just matters what people are buying, Is it a cash producing market? Is it going to last? Has it been Nationally advertised?
Real business takes work and effort.
